"My stay was a bit mixed. The staff was awesome, gave me an early check in and an upgrade, and they were all very kind people. I liked the free coffee and breakfast, the size of the room, comfy mattress and quality bath products. Unfortunately, my room on the 1st floor had a very strong moldy smell. All clothes that I had taken out of my suitcase for the one night I stayed, including what I wore in bed, had the mold smell when unpacking at home."

"Staff was friendly, and the room was in very good condition."

"Great experience. Clean room. Check in and out super easy."

"It was perfect for my purposes. The room was clean and the staff was nice. Little details were needed to be looked after..... if I was to stay longer. Overall very pleasant"

"My wife and I were very pleased with the service that was provided"

"Staff was amazing. In particular, Amber was really nice and helpful. She took care of all our needs and the needs of everyone else during the busy weekend. She even took the time to help a traveler book a reservation in another hotel; she went above and beyond to help this person."

"Very responsive staff. Newly opened so space was in great shape. Well appointed room including a cooktop in addition to the microwave. A few things were still in the process of finishing touche sbut overall a great stay. Stairwells could use a good cleaning."

"My sister and I stayed here for the Round Top Antiques Fall show. I did now know it was under renovation. We ended up in the only room left with 2 beds so was an accessible room. Very old and outdated. Carpet made my socks brown. Electrical outlets in the bathroom stopped working. Bathroom floor extremely slippery. Electrical cord on hairdryer was literally melted — and still up and plugged in! For the money we spent I was extremely disappointed. And the included breakfast gets about a 2 on a...

"Very nice and well maintained. Professional staff."

"This motel was generally a positive experience. Even though it is near the highway, I didn't hear any highway noise during the night, and the grounds and my room were neat and clean. The staff at the window were patient and helpful as I visited them throughout my stay. I found that there was no smoke detector in my room upon my arrival, but when I reported this to the staff they fixed the issue within a couple hours. I would likely stay here again if I were passing through the are in the...

"Good place"

"Room was clean and comfortable, the whole property is being remodeled."

"The manager was a nasty man. When I checked in. He complain immediately that my rate was too low, and he was not making any money and he would only give me room service. Two days a week. I explained to him. I just had hip surgery and was staying for 20 days to give me a nice quiet room. This Hotel is located right on the highway, so it is incredibly noisy. He gave me a room right next to the highway and upstairs and I asked him quite kindly. When I checked in four days I had only barely warm...

"The front entry carpet was very dirty, the elevator had peanuts spilled in it and they were not cleaned up the 3 days we were there, the floors appeared to never be cleaned and it was like the hotel was still under construction as floor transitions appeared not finished. I opened microwave to heat up coffee and found someone else’s French fries in it. I went off other reviews and they didn’t match with what we experienced."

"It was ok. There was a roach leg in the restroom"
