"My only complaint is that the tv options were lacking, no way to cast to the TV, no option on the TV for Netflix or Disney. And the only movies available for rent were not even new movies. Everything else about our stay exceeded expectations. "

"Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !"

"Second stay ! We started our Le Boat vacation at the hotel and decided to return for our last night in Smith Falls. We arrived early and the check in was great/ the Manager found us two rooms and we were able to check in! So nice to come across genuine hospitality! "

"This is the only hotel I stay at in Ottawa. It's very close to the airport, and has an awesome shuttle service. My room was clean inviting and I enjoyed my very short stay there. I arrived very late in the evening close to 12:00 a.m.. The staff processed me getting into the hotel very quickly I managed to get to my room and get some much-needed sleep. They have a great restaurant on site that serves really amazing food. I eat there every chance I get. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you're traveling as much as I have over the last year. The location is awesome and the pricing is good. "
