"Nice clean convenient place to stay when visiting Smith Falls. Not very fancy but everything was well maintained and clean."

"This B&B was outstanding! Best I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful waterfront view from our room and access from the house. Full use of the dock and kayaks, etc. Home baked goodies available all day. You felt like you had a lot of privacy and the hosts were lovely! On top of the superb accommodations the breakfast that comes included is Instagram worthy! Homemade blueberry scones, waffles, berry compote, eggs made to order, bacon, sausage, fruit, toast, etc, etc! Absolutely fantastic! Plus they even included a little gift bag after the fact! We will definitely be coming back this summer for a girls trip!"

"It was such a great experience, you really couldn't ask for a better host so accommodating wonderful people and the views and lake were breathtaking so much wildlife and you can't beat the fishing, so cozy. And everything you need for a great relaxing getaway hiking good swimming aswell. Loved our stay and will be back for sure"

"Lots of parking close to our room. Pleasant, friendly staff, Room was spotless with a modern feel, comgortable beds. Mini fridge, small microwave and a small table with two comfortable side chairs. Very dog friendly and we were given a room close to a large grassy area which was perfect for dog walks and the $15 charge for dogs was reasonable given the extra cleaning that is required after a dog visits. We would definitely recommend Roger's Motel to people visiting Smith Falls or the surrounding area of Perth, etc. We will definitely be returning in the future."
