"Stavros was very helpful in getting us an apartment upstairs for most of our stay which was lovely as the sea was in view from its balcony, and we did prefer it to the ground floor apartment. Stavros and his family couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming which helped to make it a special holiday. We liked Skala and the Main Street was nearby although the Alexander apartments themselves are in a quiet road near the edge of town. We hired a car and really enjoyed exploring the island as...

"A beautiful place. It was clean and quiet with an excellent pool. Rooms were well equipped and very well maintained. Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful. It is a 40 walk from Skala but there is an excellent and cheap hotel shuttle and the walk itself was lovely."

"We received detailed information from the owner prior to the trip which was really helpful for us preparing and also they put us in touch with a fantastic local car hire firm. You can see the villa from the road as you drive towards it and it is stunning. Walking around to the pool area and it is huge with a beautiful views across to Zante and beaches to the left and right. There were also plenty of shaded areas to sit or lie. "This hotel is one of a kind. Tranquil, lush surroundings and well maintained. The staff are attentive and friendly, particularly Alexis and Jeti! The food at the property is lovely but expensive. There is plenty of choice for tavernas and restaurants just outside the hotel. We were very sad to leave but will be back next year! "
