A wonderful stay at Aenos hotel. The bed was super comfortable with nice linens. The staff was exceptional - so helpful and friendly. From the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff and the cleaning crew...all of them amazing. Great location as it is in the center of the action (something to be aware of as sometimes there is music and noise at night). The breakfast buffet was superb! Great selection from yogurt, nuts, cereal, eggs and breakfast meats and some homemade sweets that were yummy. Overall it was a fantastic home-away-from-home stay!

This hotel is in the heart of everything, From restaurants to bars, cafes, shopping boutiques. Amazing view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. The staff were fantastic extremely welcoming and helped with any questions you have. I can’t wait to come back again. (By the way the sleep is amazing, amazing beds and pillows) 5stars all around. Absolutely Exceptional!!

We only stayed for one night, but we so wish it would've been longer! This hotel is in the heart of Argostoli, Kefalonia and is absolutely exceptional. The staff was so nice that they gave us a free upgrade to include a room with a balcony!!

My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia. Prime location, right at the center of city square, close to all good restaurants and shops!room is small , but clean and comfortable. Good showers! The gentleman at front desk is very friendly and helpful! Parking is not easy, roads are one way and very narrow.

This is a mixed review. The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The breakfast was fine, and the young ladies who worked the breakfast buffet were wonderful. We knew we were getting a small room, it was a last minute booking. And, we expected to be a little cramped. The furniture was too big for the room. We had to bob and weave to get by each other. The 2 bedside plugs stopped working, we reported it but nothing was done. It seemed to us that the reception staff pretended to care but I think it was just a show. The internet was very slow, we asked about it and we were told they would look into it…nothing was done. The shower was horrible, poorly placed shower head.At one point I went down to ask for a bucket of ice (which they DID provide), but couldn’t find anyone. I finally found the young man about 20 minutes later, in the back, kicking back! The evening reception (older gentleman) was very nice and did give us a late check out…but he forgot to inform the day reception…so we got a call asking us to vacate. If you book this hotel avoid room 109. We saw other rooms of the same size and those rooms had nice furniture and those rooms felt roomy. We could not change rooms until the last night (we were there for 9 nights), but we thought that was just a waste, so we didn’t move rooms. Good location, bad room!

We stayed here for 3 nights while on the island for a wedding. The room was comfortable and while the AC only runs if you’re there, it works well and can cool the room down quickly if you’ve been out all day. The location is really amazing for exploring the city, being located right in the city plaza means you’re centrally located for tons of food, shopping, and activities. It also makes it nice to be able to have a comfortable spot to take a break in exploring to cool off. The only downside to the location is parking if you’ve got a car. There’s no parking in the square itself and since it’s very active (especially at nights on the weekends), finding a parking spot can be a little difficult. We managed to get a close spot each night while returning fairly late though.
