"It was a less expensive hotel that had big rooms and was clean but had a feel of a hostel as in , you had to refresh the teas and condiments in the room and you had to ask the staff in the morning to clean your room, or change out towels. These were not automatics. But all in all, for a place I literally just slept in and it’s a 5 minute walk to just about all the main places to see, it was great! Plus, it has a restaurant attached to it."

"Everything was first-rate (staff, location, breakfast, etc). My only significant beef has to do with the room design, which clearly responded more to the need to keep construction cost low than it did to customer convenience. 1) There is exactly one outlet in the entire room. That requires some dexterity these days with all that needs to be charged. 2) The shower door opens in such a way that one cannot enter and close the running shower without dousing the outside of the door. 3) The toilet cannot be flushed without lowering the lid. 4) Given the absence of a closet or even a folding suitcase rack, I cannot imagine sharing the room (if my wife were with me.) Not much can be done at this point, but caveat emptor!"

"Very convenient for centre of Bath with all it has to offer , easily within walking distance. Decent breakfast and accomodating and helpful staff - especially Ranjeev on reception . Comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows.There is limited car parking but customers can use Podium car parking which is a short drive / walk from the hotel. "
