"booked this on the Friday ahead of our stay on Monday, we planned to stay for 5 nights. We never had any contact with the host regarding check in info or access info for the key safe, we weren't even sent the address and had to find it using google street view. Host ghosted us completely and the customer service team at VRBO also couldn't get in contact with him. We ended up having to pay out to stay at a local hotel and hope that we could get our money back. 0/10 complete waste of time,...

"We enjoyed a 4 night break break at Mannys house on the outskirts of Sittingbourne. The house was very clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. It was great to also have an off road parking space and an outside garden space. Communication with Mannny was excellent and any issues raised were tended to immediately. This a suitable base for exploring the local area using a car or the local bus service, with beaches and much more close by."
