"I have stayed here several times and this was another excellent break. Also it is very important to me that the railway and supermarket are close by as I travel by train. Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

"We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

"Our stay at the Beach House was perfect……from the location to all the little extras and finer details to make it feel like home from home. We were a party of 9 celebrating a friends 50th birthday, but the house felt spacious with plenty of outdoor space & furniture for us all to enjoy the fabulous weather we had. The hot tub was an added bonus as were the views from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be back!"

"This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...

"This is a very nice property. Very quirky. Large living/dining and kitchen combined. We stayed over Christmas and a tree was put up for us which was a nice touch. I understand the furniture has been chosen to fit in with what the owners are trying to achieve with the look of the property However I do have one complaint. For the amount of rental paid the sofas are appalling. Hardly any stuffing left in the seat cushions. Covered in throws which keep falling down and on one sofa the seat...

"The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again."

"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."
