"Our room had a view of the castle, and was pleasantly spacious. The busy road in front, with a narrow pavement, was less ideal. Still well worth the trouble, and it would have been easier had we arrived before dark."

Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. "We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did; we loved everything about Tulip Tree Cottage! We were warmly greeted and access to the property was quick and easy. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking. "We planned 3 nights in Dover in preparation for a cruise. Paul's house was perfect for us. The local market was very convenient and helpful. Trains to Canterbury and London for day trips were very easy to get to and use. Paul was very helpful with our checkin."

"The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc."

"Didn't need our car once we got there. We could walk to Broadstairs one way or to some lovely unspoilt bays the other. The apartment is well appointed with lovely nuatical themed furnishings. Welcoming host. I would certainly recommend."
