The only few recommendations: More choice at breakfast, for the 5 days we were there it was pretty standard and unchanged. The spa area was very quiet and often guests don’t know about it, so just allowing all guests who have paid a lot to have a free hour booked in? Overall, brilliant experience in Milan and Lake Como! "Nice hotel with modern decor only 3-4 minute walk from Milano Centrale train/subway station. Perfect if you are taking a train into or out of Milan. Friendly and helpful check-in clerk helped us get our bearings upon arrival and suggested where to go and how to get there. Room was small by USA standards but average sized in Europe. Room and bathroom were very clean with modern decor. Comfortable bed and pillows, good AC (important because Milan reached mid 90s F when we were there). Excellent breakfast with large variety, high quality, good coffee, and attentive service."
