Unfortunately, there are so many negatives. The entry has a code, the main lock box unit has a code, then the individual lock box has a code. Long time to enter in a disgusting, dirty and smelly hallway. The stairs are steep which is fine but the handrail is in disastrous and unsafe condition. The apartment...

"It is a walking distance from the train and metro station and you have a lot of services near by but it is on the 4th floor so with luggage it is not easy to go up the stairs."
