"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend. We also saw a mouse run around the living room, so we had to keep all food secured inside the fridge. The living room is huge and the sofa and bed are comfortable. "

Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. "It was a very convenient location, but it was very noisy if windows were opened, they do not have AC in the unit, shower head was broken, drainage in showers not fast enough even though the water pressure is low, toilet seats do not align well. Very stinky when I first opened the bathroom door, it felt like someone boomed the bathroom before we arrived. Pillows smelt really bad like old moldy sweat smell, but the sheets and pillows covers were very clean. It is a walk up building, do not choose...

"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. "The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "
