"Le propriétaire avait suspendu la location de son appartement jusqu'au 31/12 mais Expedia à accepté la location. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a essayé de nous trouver une solution 5 heures avant mon arrivée. Service Expedia complètement NUL ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler pour me proposer un autre hébergement. Très déçu. "

"Appartement très très sale (wc, sol, douche, dessous de lit. Il manquait des caches électriques et les radiateurs mal fixés au mur, pas de brosse wc, etc etc la liste est longue. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés à 17h et pas dans la nuit. Nous avons eu le temps de contacter Abritel et de trouver un hôtel."

"Whilst trying to put our code into the door my husband who was outside saw 2 people buying drugs on the street and then snorting up on the road. We did not stay at this property as we couldn't get in ( we calked and emailed, apparently they were avaliable until 22h30 but noone answered, when I asked about the key it was just a message. No human contact!)and weren't happy with the area. There was no parking. You had to pay so we wasted 3.60€ for nothing! Very unhappy and very annoyed. We are...

"Useful for visiting Lille for the RWC. Coverted garage which was a little basic but ok. Photos show two double beds but that was not the case with one room having bunks. Bit of an issue with wi fi on first visit but ok on the second. Property looks like it has been subject to previous forced entry which made for a slightly nervous stay when going out for the day"

"Vraiment un excellent hôtel en ce qui concerne le cadre et l’emplacement, piscine, jeux pour enfant, restaurant, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la propreté, toile d’araignée dans la chambre, joint de carrelage de salle de bain moisi et la literie n’est pas très confort en ce qui concerne m oreiller et le matelas. Cependant je conseillerai cet hôtel à 100% et y retournerai si je le peut!!!! "
