I had to call and lost 45 mins with checkin The room was big but messy, the cuttlery and plates were on the floor. I had left my luggage upon checkout in the luggage room. At 1830 I could no longer upon the door with my code, prompting another 30 mins with their telephone support. The whatsapp support is a joke Worst of all, I left my iO toothbrush and expensive perfume in the room. I wrote them 5 times as they simply must have found it. Even when I get pass the AI bot, they always promise me to enquire and get back to me, which they never do.
