"Very clean property, friendly helpful staff, nice coffee bar and quiet lounge. AC only goes down to 20 degrees. A few minor things the hotel could address. Coffee/tea mugs have no handles. Cannot pick up a hot cup of coffee. No ice cube tray in freezer and you have to stand on a chair to reach the freezer. A couple of refillable glass bottles in the fridge for water would be great. Separate twin duvet for each person on a queen size bed. Have not encountered this at other European cities. I would recommend."

"I stayed for one night in September, 2026. The hotel is directly across from one of the larger train stations and bus hubs. The train station includes a variety of shops including pharmacy and grocery stores. It is also right next to the East Side Gallery, a curated remnant of the former Berlin Wall. I didn't eat a meal there, but liked the vibe of the lobby bar, which features tall bookshelves. Room was simple but clean and met all my needs. Even though the hotel was next to a major transit hub, I found the room to be quiet overnight."
