"Great flat, everything in full working order, no oven or washing machine in the flat so if that's important probably avoid, also the area is not amazing, a bit dodgy looking - the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed between 2 and 6pm. The beach is great though which is the reason we decided to stay here."

"there was an error on the add. it was showing a different building witch was much closer to the beach. my elderly relatives could not stay. the walking distance to the beach was too long for them. was advise about a complain id but never arrived. the tv its not working properly. the couches are old and smelly apartment needs to be upgraded on lighting in the living room and bathroom. there is not enough light for shaving. the linens were only changed after 10 days staying. and after I enquired...

"Extremely noisy despite signs saying for residents to be quiet between 9pm and 9 am. Apartment was not the cleanest. Only heard from owner once at the start of our stay and no way to contact if there were any issues. "

"Our impression of this stay was good. We were booked in for 4 days.Our only concern was that there was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the apartment. When I contacted the host, I was told that they only provided supplies for the first few days. This was very disappointing! If we booked for 4 days, we should have had enough tp for 4 days! A person cannot buy one roll at the store! This situation put a very bad feeling on our stay. Please, for guests in the future, be more considerate."

"Daniel was very informative about the area. Everything you'd want in the kitchen. We prepared many meals during our 6 week stay. There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance. Fun watching the skateboarders in the park across the street. Great location for day trips to the East or Western Algarve."

"Apartment Isabel was fantastic! Communication was excellent. Mrs. Andrea met us and she was great. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could need. Just as the pictures. It is in the best location. We loved relaxing on the large balcony. Very comfortable bed. We are looking forward to returning!"

"What a great apartment located right on the sea front. You really would find it hard to find a better location - great views and very conveniently located to supermarkets, bars and cafes and of course the beach and Carlota's Beach Bar. The apartment is well decorated in a contemoprary style with some great art works on display throughout. The sitting room is very comfortable as are all the bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin. The TV is fully equipped with satellite - and can accept USB connection...

"This property is all about its location overlooking fishermen’s beach and Pedro's Bar . We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again for a short stay . On the negative side the apartment is badly in need of an upgrade ie , a new bathroom with walk in shower also the furniture in the lounge needs replacing If this was done we would gladly pay more and stay longer . Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment was wonderful, everything you needed was there. 10 walk to a large supermarket and 5 mins from the beach. The weather during our stay was wonderful and as the apartment was North facing we had no direct sun, so it was always cool. We were very grateful for 2 Director Chairs and parasol, that we used for the beach. If going to this area, I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, as Tom Peach has done a great job"
