"The accomodation is perfect. Quite close to the city centre and the main beach. The house has everything you need for your staying: parking in the property, kitchen with all appliances. huge bathroom with shower, A/C, WiFi and TV set. Lovely place, highly recommended"

"Very nice property. We didn’t notice that the property didn’t have air conditioning before we booked but it stayed fairly cool with the window open and fans (even for this time of year). It was clean but would recommend putting all food in air tight container or fridge as it will draw ants otherwise. Great place overall. I would recommend to friends. "

Auch hat sie uns gleich ihre Visitenkarte mit Handy-Nummer gegeben, falls Fragen sind oder falls wir Hilfe brauchen. Sie hat uns auch Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung geben. "The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. It could do with a little TLC generally, but all small stuff. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the repair guy came promptly,"
