"The property is well located in the Vila Senora de Rocha community, with its great communal pools area. Convenient for visiting the Algarve. The villa was spacious enough for our group of 6, and feels airy with its high ceilings. It was clean on arrival.There is AC, although we didn't need it in October. It could do with a little TLC generally, but all small stuff. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the repair guy came promptly,"

"In general we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the bathroom but it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Our biggest complaint is with the twin beds. They were very uncomfortable and felt as if you were sleeping on metal slats. Also the bedding was too lightweight for the cooler nights. We will definitely return but only if the beds/bedding are upgraded."

"Great apartment with swimming pool facilities in the building. 5min walk to bug supermarkets like Lidl and Continente. 20min walk to the old town where we were going to the beach and restaurants (prob faster if you dont have little kids) but its a nice walk. There is closer beach prob 10min walk. Great communication from the host and excellent transfer (extra cost but super affordable and recommended)."

"The place is exactly as described and very clean. We had a terrible time getting in as the lock to the building was very troublesome, sometimes it worked but only after spending some time trying it. Once we even had to rely on a kind neighbour to let us into the building. The manager responded quickly and provided a new key but it wasn’t much better.Also note no heating which was a surprise to us, but our fault as we didn’t think to ask give we are Canadian and that’s a given to us."

"We had a wonderful stay. The apartment and grounds were very clean and well kept. Andrew greeted us on our arrival and was on hand throughout our stay for any help. The apartments are close to supermarkets and the old town for all the bars and restaurants (4-5€ in Uber). I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break away."

"Excellent location (pubs, shops, restaurant, museums), facilities (I washed and dried all of my holiday clothes the night before I went home), local transportation. Only downside is that there's a karaoke bar at a weekend 5 doors away until 2am :("
