About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. "We'll run complex. High quality pools and poolside slumbering. Apartment style with hit and miss kitchen set up so be prepared to purchase salt pepper oil if you want the basics. 5 minutes to the village shops. Yes it's a hill and it is steep but the resort gets you close to the village. There is another road in less steep than the main option if this is your problem. But hey it's once or twice a day and taxi's come to the resort for further a field travel."

When challenging this with the breakfast staff they continually refused to let us speak to reception and they claimed not to understand English or acknowledge the shown booking from Expedia and the card machine was continually shoved under our noses aggressively.
