"Great place to stay. Lots of space for a big group. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils, pots and pans. It also has several refrigerators to use for big groups. The bedrooms were great and well set up. I think the only issue we really had was it was too hot inside and finding all of the individual thermostats was hard. We just ended up opening windows for the bedrooms that were too hot. The hosts were very responsive with a slight hiccup we had with an oven, but it was no biggie and we still had a fantastic weekend. "

"We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The home was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, which made it perfect for our group to relax and spend time together. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain views! It was such a peaceful place to wake up and unwind.What really stood out was how welcoming the whole experience felt. There were so many thoughtful little touches around the home that made it clear a lot of care goes into making people feel at home. Will was an exceptional host. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure our group had a great stay. He really made all the difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip and a lovely place to stay. Between the space, the scenery, and Will’s great hosting, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Easy check in, very clean basic room, convenient location for walking to everything in downtown Grand Lake. Hot tub was hot and a nice bonus. I would stay here again."

"Great location and place to stay. Parking is free. Good amenities. Breakfast would have been nice as an option. No vault or phone in room and daily room cleaning service in the room wasn’t included. (You could ask for towel, trash removal and extras) Thank you!"
