"There was no shampoo or bath gel in the bathroom. The toilet tissue was less than a quarter of a roll, and there was no spare. No facial tissues. I have stayed here in the past and these items were always there. I have stayed at this hotel on several other occassions and I have always found it to be very clean and the staff to be very amendable. I do recommend this hotel for its convenience to activities in the area, reasonable pricing, parking and service. There is a nice restaurant right behind this facility and other eating establishments close by. It is currently being updated, so the free breakfast is currently not available. I will be back in this area again in November and this is where I plan to stay."

"Space is good worked well for us in transit to points beyond. Nice host easy to contact with any questions. Great Mexican restaurant in town. Keep in mind several gravel roads getting to and from house all were in good shape. If you happen to be pulling a trailer by chance when you leave house headed towards Quincy you come to railroad crossing and it’s a big drop down you would not want to go over that with a 20’ or longer trailer you would high center the trailer on the track. I realize that will not affect most."

"A must stop for any history lover. Beautiful building! AC was sufficient, parking was easy even though the hotel is on a main road. Our room was in the middle of the building so we didn’t hear much road noise. And yes it’s on a main road, but this is a small town so the traffic isn’t anything major. Plus the rooms in the front get lovely views of the old historic courthouse just steps away. Would definitely stay again."

"A great place to unwind and unplug. Swam in lake used paddle boat brought our own games for families of 12 6 adults 6 kids range from 8-19 and everyone enjoyed"

"We stayed here at the end of June for a family get together and it easily accommodated our large group. The house was very clean with so many amenities and things to do. The pool and surrounding area was great and the owners provided many pool activities. Also, they are great hosts and checked in periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend 10/10!!!"
