"We loved the staff and our room. It was very clean. The only criticism that I have is that the breakfast area was incredibly small for the amount of people that were in there you could not move around? Sometimes there wasn’t enough food the last day we were there, we couldn’t even get into the breakfast room because of the amount of people. We had very little for breakfast every morning. We were there for four mornings and people were taking such enormous amounts of food. I didn’t like pouring my orange juice out of a gallon container that four kids had just done before me. It was very unsanitary. They would reach into the muffins and they would reach into the bagels and touch them and look at them and then put them back. also, we thought it was quite strange that the lady who was shutting the door at 8:45 was so adamant and kicking people out. The room needs to be at least three times the size for the amount of people that were in there every morning and breakfast should be at least one more hour long to accommodate everyone."

"We stayed with our two grandkids and had a lovely time! The staff obviously take pride in the hotel. They were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised how many breakfast options there were. The kids loved making waffles. Will definitely stay again."
