"The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. "

"This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two weeks! Be aware that you are staying under a home where people live and the noise is present. We think a door at the bottom of the staircase would go a long way to stopping some of that noise. The host was excellent at communicating and took care of needs immediately for us! We would stay here again!"
