"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! "Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"I highly recommend the Verb. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with whatever you need. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the rooms are unique. Each room has a different music theme with working record players. There are about 2000 albums to select from at the front desk. Plus you can walk to Fenway Park. I didn't want to leave."

"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"The staff was fine, check-in was fine. No room cleaning unless you asked for it. Trash stayed in the hall until the day shift. The room clean. The breakfast was standard Fairfield Inn turkey sausage, eggs, nondescript pastries from the local grocery store. The shower was great. Sadly the wrong size door had been installed and the door seal was loose. My wife, 38 year old son and I were in Walpole for a funeral. "Great location, super reasonably priced and excellent for a quick, one night trip to Boston for a Red Sox game without breaking the bank. The room was clean and very affordable, within walking distance to lots of food, shopping and Fenway, in a very quiet location and parking at the Westland garage was very easy and also very reasonably priced. The bed was not to most comfortable but this is a place I will definitely stay at again."

"Best part about this property is how close it is to Fenway Park. Boston is very walkable, so you can explore the other parts with ease. This property has a beautiful seating area to view Fenway if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee and quiet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. This was our second stay here and I envision more to come!"
