"Excellent service in a hotel created in an old traditional siena building. The interior design is a little unique and didn’t suit our style, specifically the bathroom in the centre of the room which was like a goldfish bowl. Other than that, very happy."

When we left early the next morning, the attendant called us a taxi and had the dining room prepare us a breakfast to go, with pastries, yogurt, and bottled water. Extremely accommodating! Can't wait to return!"
