"This is a fantastic place!! The location is perfect…. the room amazing and the proprietors Massimo and his son Andrea as well as their assistant Ada were all charming, welcoming and had lots of great dining recommendations!! We will definitely stay here again when bsck in Siena but will ask for the deluxe suite which is even more incredible and just a little more expensive!! Total thumbs up for this property! Best of our trip to Italy thus far!"

"Absolutely beautiful property! Clean, safe and convenient to everything! The staff is amazing! Alberto was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and even making reservations. He also reserved a taxi for us to the train station (a nine minute ride). We are a family of four and the suite was perfect for us! "

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer. "

"Room was exactly as described. The view was breathe-taking. Too narrow a window for check-in (2-4)pm, especially when arriving by train and trying to find the ever elusive taxis in Siena. There are 3 flights of stairs to handle and no elevator, but this is typical for older hotels in Italy. WiFi would have been nice."

"We stayed there at a cold (0 degrees C) winter day. The room was quite cold, the heating was off during most of the day and night and we barely slept. When we pointed this out to the receptionist/owner, he responded in a very rude way and insulted us. The breakfast was quite bad as well with stale bread and croissants."
