"A nice place to stay that is conveniently situated for beach, fun fair, park and only a short drive or longer walk up to city centre & Metro station. Easy & free on site parking. Nice friendly staff. Have stayed at Sea Hotel several times over the years and in my opinion is very good value for money. Very good breakfast after a comfortable nights sleep in a spacious room. Praise to management & staff. See you next time"

"It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay."

"We absolutely loved the position of this property and it was ideal for six adults and three children. And the dogs. However we wished the owner loved the house as much as we loved it's position... fixing the little niggly things -like the missing connectors on the blind pulleys, the peeling wall paper, the shower that won't turn off, the gaps in the kitchen floor, the lock on the main bathroom which is just a screw head, the grim back alley where the minuscule bbq is located - would so improve the overall impression. Graeme said he was no diy man but these are teeny tiny things not major renovations. Many people have said the property is tired and we would agree with that."

"We had a fantastic weekend. The property was imaculate with a lovely homely feel with very high end touches. It is in a great location tucked away just off the main st of tynemouth but we heard no noice what so ever and in walking distance to everything . It is dog and child friendly appart from the beautiful wooded stair where care was required with our toddler. A lot of thought has gone into this property and it shows. Thank you very much for letting us stay we all said we could live there "

"A spacious property for our family for our weekend stay. Several extras including a full fruit bowl, milk , wine and butter and beautiful cheese scones added to the experience. Wi-Fi and TV instructions were very clear and easy to use. A variety of excellent local shops and easy access to the beach nearby met the needs of all family members."

"We were five 67 year old school friends looking for comfortable, quality accommodation for the weekend. The photos of the property are old and extremely misleading, and bear no resemblance to the actual property as it is today.The property is extremely tired and in need of work in many areas to bring it up to standard. The outside garden of the property also shows a lack of care and needs to be addressed. Overall the property was in a poor condition and needs some time spent on improving the quality of the home.However, on the positive side, the location / parking is good, close to shops, pubs and restaurants, with easy access to Newcastle. We would not recommend this property to anyone or return to it until the areas mentioned above are rectified. "

"Everything was perfect. Lovely room which was immaculately clean and well presented. Stephen and Neil were perfect hosts and clearly work really hard to ensure their guests have a lovely stay. Great location for everything in the area. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!"
