"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "The JW Marriott was clean and nice but I don't love the decor - a bit outdated. Otherwise the stay was good - just my personal opinion."

"We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again."

"Loved it!"

"Very convenient and enjoyable location"

"very convenient overnight stay for catching a flight next day. Provides transportation to the airport, and complementary breakfast"

"Immaculate, most courteous staff, room comfy and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Lots of happy families, enjoying the inclusive breakfast."

"Excellent stay with outstanding customer service"

"We had the Terrace Room room and liked it very much. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting under the fairy lights in the courtyard having a glass of wine. Very romantic for our 40th anniversary. A couple of things need attention in the room that could be easily fixed. The toilet tissue holder was loose from the wall and the lever for the sliding door to the bathroom was missing. We enjoyed this boutique hotel, and would recommend it highly."

"Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees."

"friendly, clean, great price and got back to me within 2 minutes of communication"

"The Sunday breakfast options were confusing and lacking. Staff vacuumed around our table while we were trying to eat."
