The rooftop pool area is quite small and the filtered water in the hotel doesn’t taste really good, but the atmosphere and rooms themselves are super nice. The staff is extremely friendly and gave us a bunch of recommendation for food options - would recommend staying here!

Very clean, beautiful spacious rooms, very friendly staff and central to everything in Old Town Scottsdale. Gym is small and can be crowded, pool has limited seating/umbrellas that fill up fast. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced and rooftop bar was lovely.

Upon check in, we were greeted with a food and beverage tasting! Matt was then at the front desk to check us in and he was absolutely amazing. Customer service was top notch! During the stay we spent time at the pool and our server was Delaney each day. She made the experience even better and gave great attentive service! The hotel itself is stunning and conveniently located toe everything’ the best part is the rooftop pool

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and accomodating. This is the BEST Location for having fun in Old Town. It's walking distance to the shopping, lots of great restaurants and bars, and close to the mall. Loved the stay here! We'll be coming back.
