Hotel is usually used by Japanese so the self checkin kiosk had difficulty recognizing a foreign last name but the front counter staff was very helpful assisting. The location is next to the subway station, not far from Odori station, and Aeon Mall is also next to it. "

"새로 지어져서 그런지 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 대욕장이 있어서 객실분들도 많아 이용하고 좋네요. 조식은 평범한 수준이긴 했으나 맛없진 않았습니다. 저녁 9시부터 11시까지 야식으로 미소라멘을 제공하는데 좀 짜고 그래서 첫날먹어보고 안먹었네요. 한국인들 뿐만 아니라 일본 내국인들이 많이 이용하는곳이였습니다."
