"I believe the motel was either nearly or completely full the night of our stay. Despite that we never heard any exterior noises or interior thumping and bumping. We really needed and good night sleep and we certainly got that! "

"The room was cleanand big with sitting area, tge couch was in need of replacement,when you sat on it you sank in, looked like room were being renovated, the breakfast was good just needed mire options but was good, the beds were comfy but pillows were lumpybut overall great place,only stayed one night but i would return to this hotel in the future. "Great place to spend the night for our stop in Redding! The staff texted a couple of times to confirm our arrival and get an ETA. We arrived after 10:30pm and the friendly host helped with a mix up with our reservation. We appreciated the water and granola bars in the lobby. For a quick breakfast, we walked across the street to Downtown Grounds- another great find! "

"The lady at the front desk was great. I would have given full stars except my pull out bed was broke and the whole sofa flipped over when I tried to pull it out for my son. I just ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Other than that the room was fantastic "

"It all was going fine until I was in the bathroom and the power went out. We were on the 3rd floor and unable to walk down the stairs due to a disability so we had to wait for the power to come back on to get checked out. We were in a handicap room and they should have checked with us to see that we were alright. Then unable to get a print out due to computer rebooting."
