"We had an exceptional experience. From the moment we set foot on the property we received a warm welcome & the service felt customized and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us . We were also traveling with small children and they loved their stay and the staff so much that they didn’t want to leave . I highly recommend this property! "

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."
