"Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. Curtains are dingy looking and carpet had stains on it, I made sure to keep shoes on whenever my feet were on the floor. I was also charged $50 for early check in instead of the $30 that was marketed when checking in through my Hilton honors app. I’ll never stay here again."

"We booked a standard room and received an accessible room. This was a little uncomfortable with 3 in the room when using bathroom or shower since there were no doors and just open access to the bathroom. When we tried to switch the rep said she would leave note so they could switch us the next day. When I checked the next day, rep said no note found and there were no other standard rooms available. The water pressure was low and looked like some areas could use some maintenance but at least beds were comfortable."
