"This room looks nothing like the photos online. It’s roach infested! I did not stay. Once I got there I walked right out and dis not get my refund! The dude at check and was very rude and over charged my card after I’d booked 3rd party! The entire building smiled like pee! I’m furious and I was having a major surgery the next day. I travel 9 hours to Houston only to be met with a room like this. I understand it’s priced low but omg it was so discussing in that building! I cried so hard because of the disappointment. "
