"I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did at The Marriot Westchase. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and nice, made me feel at ease and welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant inside. The parking is great and I felt my vehicle was safe. The only thing missing was a microwave in my room other than that I have no complaints about my stay. Definitely booking with them again❣️"

"Myself and kids got our key, went to our room, and upon opening our room, a LIVE ROACH was crawling on the door. I went to the front desk and told them what I saw and showed them the video too -- didn't seem very concerned. Gave me a different room on the opposite side of the hall. I checked that room, and there were gnats on the counter, then I found 2 DEAD ROACHES!! I couldn't subject myself and my family to this, so asked for a refund and left. We were very grossed out and again, the front clerk didn't seem to care. I wouldn't recommend this place; you'll likely bring home roaches & pay for an exterminator. "

"The elevator was out the whole stay, security gate was not working the whole stay, water pressure so low ridiculous!"

"The room and property it self was overall clean but I had to request fresh sheets because they were stained, no mirrors in the room and no ice in the ice machine. Also the breakfast was terrible! I only gave this place a review because the staff was at least nice. "

"Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out. "

"I got a clean room. It’s not fancy at all. But seen way way worse. For the price it was the same level of clean as motels with the chain name at 65-70 that really be disgusting. Bed sheets and pillows smelled clean and fresh. It is run down but I want to be fair. This room was clean. And a/c was cold. "
