it was available during a weather emergency. wouldnt let me cancel a room after we were able to return home without charging me the full rate. this would have opened the room up for someone else who needed it. tv remote did not work and was replaced with another one that didnt work.

Despite having a room next to the elevator, the room was very quiet. Especially with a prom or something going on while I was there. Very nice facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended and I'll stay there again if I'm back in the area.
