"This is definitely an older hotel. Overall our room was cleaned really well, however the age and wear and tear comes through. The white coverlets on the beds looked worn. The towels in the bathroom had some faded stains. The material on the desk chair was badly stained making it very unappealing to sit in."

I also had the pleasure of speaking with Aesa at the front desk who was absolutely lovely and helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything about my stay was great, and I really enjoyed the experience. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. I did, however, have a couple of issues. Because I would be leaving the hotel at 5:45, I asked if I had to check out at the front desk and was told that someone would be there. When I got to the desk it was unattended and got no answer on the service phone provided for when the desk is unattended. An employee came by about 5 minutes later and told me I was all set and that all I had to do is leave the keycard on the front desk and depart. While the delay was short, it would have been nice to know I could check out that way before that. One other issue I had was with Expedia. When I first made the reservation, it appeared to be confirmed, but I got an e-mail telling me there was an issue with my credit card. While I was working to fix that, I got a second e-mail telling me my reservation was confirmed, so I thought I was all set. However, when I got to the hotel I was told that my reservation had not been confirmed, that I could have lost my room and was fortunate that they still had a room at the price I had thought I had booked. I'm not sure what happened, but I am happy that I got a room for the night."
