"Great location and very nice large room. Nice, large shower. Property ia very new and modern. Great value."

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. "Gut gelegen und nur ca. 5 Min. von der Stadtmauer entfernt hat sich der Aufenthalt im Hilton definitiv gelohnt."

"Short & sweet: One of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. The location is great, the amenities are top notch, the staff is helpful and affable. All-around classy joint."

"Very clean, awesome breakfast"

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."

"Estuvo excelente todo"

"The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is clean."

"We had an absolutely flawless stay. The hotel looks very new and is in a very nice part of the city. Our suite was super spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina."

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."
