"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! "موقع ممتاز"

"Nice staff! Great location, just a 1-minute walk from Nanjing Pedestrian Road, one of the main vibrant tourist areas. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. As it’s in an old building, you have to use the stairs to then get the (small) elevator. It's a challenge if you have luggage, but the staff is very helpful with that too. A happy stay."

"Location was good but room is old and Air condition is not working. For the price it paid over price."

"Some rooms are really out dates. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The more senior ones weren't"

"In the room we stayed, there is a large portion of mold on the wall. The hotel should fix this problem before letting us to stay at this room."

"Hotel meraviglioso, con una cura straordinaria dei dettagli, camere enormi e silenziose, posizione super strategica, staff di livello elevato che parla perfettamente inglese ed è prodigo di suggerimenti. Rispetto al resto degli hotel cinesi è una perla rara."

"Great location, comfortable and clean bedding, love the washer and dryer in the room(reason why we chose this place). Missing a star due the toilet wasn’t in great condition. Signs of age were obvious like the black moulds at the bathing area(literally everywhere), toilet was slippery they provided the mat but it was too looking dirty and very yellow to touch so didn’t use it. Love the delivery robots in the hotel! The staffs lets the delivery person up to your room too if the robots are busy....

"Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this."
