The staff were very helpful and always welcoming, the rooms were cleaned everyday and came with multiple sets of robes and slippers. There are amenity kits and fully stocked with plenty of hair shampoo, conditioner. There was always fresh tea and water bottles available as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"A well-located hotel with a basic lobby and reception area, but very clean and attractive rooms. Mine included a washer and dryer—not particularly efficient, but functional. It did not have a restaurant serving full meals—only bread and coffee—but it is located near a shopping center with a wide variety of dining options."

The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for. I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden."
