"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"メトロ龍翔橋駅から西湖と反対方向へ向かって徒歩５分くらい。 周辺は飲食店、コンビニが多く、雰囲気も日本の渋谷や難波を安全にしたような感じの場所です。 客室は新しいとは言えませんが、清掃やメンテナンスが丁寧にされていると感じるくらい綺麗です。 朝食は種類が豊富で、とても満足でした。 フロントの方も笑顔で接してくれて、安心できました。"
