"Excellent reception service. Needed to stay an extra night and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and really desires feedback which not a lot of hotels ask for. Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas. "It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors. Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again"
