"Great friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and smart controls. No smell but can hear the hallway noise. Prompt daily cleaning. Location is great near shops and food within 15minute walk in all directions. Easily accessible for taxis although traffic is bad suggest use metro. Only improvement would be the wifi connection is rubbish- we were on the 6th floor. Cute boutique hotel sufficient stay at a great value"

"Good location. close most tourists interested places"

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Albergo pulito nuovo con colazione a buffet buona"

"En desayuno no tenía opciones occidentales, las habitaciones están viejas y mal tenidas, además conecte un artículo del toma corriente y estalló "

"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"各方面都還不錯，地點更是好，很便利出行，沒什麼好挑剔的。"
