"Beautiful location (beach and resort layout) and facilities. Our room was on the beach and quite nice, with the exception of a well worn out mattress. Some of the staff come across as unhappy and not thrilled to deal with you. We ran into this often enough to think that management must be doing something wrong. Either they are hiring the wrong people or perhaps mistreating them. Bermuda is lovely with tons to do and see. We spent a week, but could have used another week to tick all the boxes. One big drawback is the cost of everything. Prices are 2 to 4 times the US even in the current inflationary environment."

"Our family of nine had an amazing stay at Southern Views! The well-equipped home was clean, spacious, and impressive. Jessica was very responsive to the many questions I had prior to our stay, and was kind enough to let us check in early which we appreciated very much. We spent most of our time cooling off in the beautiful pool and enjoying sunrises, dinners, and cocktails on the huge porch with glorious views of Horseshoe Bay. We cannot wait to return next year!"

"Wonderful home with just about everything you would need for your home away from home. Right on the very easy to use bus route to make movement around the entire Island effortlessly. The ability to walk out the unit, take a 2 minute walk down the path ( a bit steep, but doable) to the almost private beach was worth the price of admission. After a day full of exploring the Island, we would return to “our” beach and have it completely to ourselves. Wonderful hosts that went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing!"

"We can’t say enough good things about our stay w/ Wendell and his family. Warm, welcoming and just wonderful people. This property is unique and has a very comfortable feel with a lush landscape. You feel like you’ve entered your own little piece of paradise. The family was beyond helpful with so many things. They have access to a very beautiful and chill beach with amazing sunsets! All the food and experiences they recommended were spot on. Wendell and family are the best part of this visit!"

"Absolutely fantastic stay. The service was genuinely 10/10, but what really made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You really got the sense that they were happy to see you and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a great stay. I arrived extremely late after a delayed flight, well beyond the normal check-in time, and they could not have been more helpful. They stayed up to make sure I could check in safely and had somewhere to stay that night, which I hugely appreciated. It’s that kind of service and kindness that makes a hotel memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and the team deserve real recognition for how well they look after their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view. A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern. Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer. The hosts are nice and polite. Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house."

"The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful—he even left us coffee and water on the table to get us started.The room has a large refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo, which was honestly one of my favorite things! The machine is incredibly quiet—you can barely hear it while it’s running at night. The location is also great. Church Bay is just down the road, about a 2-minute walk to the beach. You can also easily take the bus to Horseshoe Bay, which is only about two stops away. Horseshoe Bay is absolutely beautiful—one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to! The water was warm, clear, and amazing.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"
