"Great location! Very cool common areas. Rooms are small, but honestly perfect for 2 people. Loved everything about it other than the bed, which was hard as a rock. If you don't do well with an extra firm mattress, either bring a lot of ibuprofen or stay at a different hotel. "

"Very clean hotel room. Little small for 2 beds Great beds comfy. Quite some outside downtown noise. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with a wheelchair family member. staff was very attentive and helpful in helping us get around. We had a normal room, not wheelchair accessible"

"Upon arrival, they inform me that my reservation was canceled by Management. Same happened for another couple arriving just after me. The front desk staff had no clue why, but they were able to get me a room at the price I received from hotels.com. This is the ONLY reason for an OK rating. No coffee maker in the room and the lobby for coffee did not open until 8:30AM which did me NO good as I was out of the room by 7:00AM each day. "

"The house is in a highly convenient location with easy access to transportation, shops, etc, though the neighborhood and property itself are less desirable. The house rents the upstairs and downstairs separately. The first night a man banged on the door for over an hour saying let him in because he booked the rental. Owner finally showed up and man left. The thermostat cannot be adjusted. You must contact the owner anytime you want changes to the temperature. While the owner was responsive to changes it was inconvenient to have to reach out for every temperature change. While this property listing says 4 bathrooms they are tiny. Only one normal size bathroom. The others are the size of a cruise ship as the closets were removed to create bathrooms. No adult can comfortably take showers in them. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything through the wall. Some beds/pillows and rooms are better than others. The additional linens and blankets did not all seem to be clean only some.The trash was not taken out and was full upon arrival and never emptied during one week stay. Not sure if that was the reason for the infestation of ants in the kitchen and front porch. There were hundreds of them. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen. There were no dish rags only two kitchen towels.I would not recommend staying here. The listing made it look much better than what you get and everything provided was bare minimum, if that."

"My family and I had booked this place to stay close to seattle while in town. The house was very clean in a nice quite neighboorhood. Working with the host was very nice and easy and she was very responsive and made checking in and check out a breeze. The parking is off the alley and its a little tighter but we made 2 vehicles work just fine. We had gone into seattle to pykes and a few other stops and the drive was a short 20 minutes away. We all loved the deck and spent a lot of time out there just relaxing. Overall its a very nice place and id recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the seattle area. "
