"Sevrier is well located for a holiday in Annecy and the alps. This property is in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and was a very relaxing place to be after a fun day of touring Christophe is a superb host and made sure we were able to check in and out easily The apartment was very clean and comfortably appointed. "Perfect accomodation for 2couples. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Great bathrooms. Close to shops and restaurants. Close to bike tracks ( which are provided) and lakeside walks. Only suggestion is that a washing machine and dryer would make it perfect."

"We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We were met by a lovely lady called myriam who showed us everything on arrival. The place and the views are as stunning as the photos and the area very peaceful. The pool is great and the owners should they be there when you are are lovely and very helpful. There are plenty of walks around the area but too far to walk into annecy itself. There are also plenty of nice places to eat. We didmt get the weather but that is no ones fault would highly recommend and...

"We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Sevrier. The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and offers beautiful views on Lake Annecy and the mountains around it. The house has everything a family or a group of adults needs to feel comtortable. We defintely want to come back."
