I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody 24hours available to address any problems that may arise, the breakfast was quite poor (almost no protein and the protein it had was plain yoghurt), the coffee machine didn’t work. "Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. "
