"Claudio at the check-in set that welcoming and friendly tone and made me feel comfortable from the onset. This helpfulness and catering to my needs continued throughout my stay by the rest of the staff with whom I interacted. Breakfast provided quite a few satisfying options. The minimalist tone seemed to be the overall theme in my room, but some of us do like a bit of space to put stuff. There was a balcony with no place to really sit. Overall, the room was clean."
