"Bit disappointed as the room we were given on check in was clearly laid out for someone else, had a welcome note dedicated to somebody else. The extra bed in there was clearly for a child where as I had booked the room for 3 adults. They apologised and promised us another more spacious room for the next day however the lady at the reception denied any knowledge of this and said, they did not have any other rooms.
