"It was very easy to check-in and leave. Quite place near the beautiful beach. Stores and markets are near. Great place to stay for a family with one kid. No issues with check-in at all as I saw from other comments."

"We had a lovely week in Porto in spite of the rain! The apartment is in a very convenient location, both for walking and metro. Getting there from the airport was very easy. Apartment was well equipped, only minor complaint was that the initial cleaning could have been better, but Sara resolved our issues very promptly. Thank you!"

"We arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday night after a long day of travel to find the elevator not working. No one answered our calls. We were traveling with our 83-year-old mother who has stage four cancer and why we specifically booked a building with an elevator. We messaged the host and unfortunately started carrying bags up to the third floor, which was really four flights upstairs up. Eventually someone showed and carry one bag up, but it would’ve been nice to have received a phone call...
