The hotel wasnt full yet everything took forever, from buggies to the room to simple requests like extra blankets or water. Service at breakfast is also slow and unorganised. The property is large and spaced out so families can enjoy their time alone as well as get to know others by activities. As an American, I did miss the Air Conditioning but a very nice staff member brought me a fan within minutes of asking. It did the job, I slept well. "

"We have traveled to Algarve every year for the last 10 years and this was by far the worst property that we have stayed. First, the check-in experience! When we came to the property at the agreed time, we were asked to come 4h later. Normally I'd understand if you're coming alone but not traveling with two kids, and you've spent 4h in the car traveling. The cleanness of the place could be much better... Those ants in the kitchen were not very nice. The coffee machine simply should be removed...
