"Excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations but unfortunately the main idea of our stay was to enjoy the wellness facilities which were closed and we should have been informed prior to arrival. Being in February and the weather not being warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool ( or beaches ) we definitely were looking forward to enjoying sauna and jacuzzi as well as indoor pool . We would have chosen another resort should we have known."

"Thank you to the wonderful team at the W Algarve who made my solo birthday trip a wonderful one. They allowed me to check in early and had decorated the room with messages and even gave me a little sweet treat. Nothing was too difficult for them to sort out and they went above and beyond for me. The room was very big, clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.
